Our helicopters are maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements and the stringent FAA part 135 regulations.
Our pilots are factory or factory equivalent trained yearly and also complete yearly check rides required by the FAA.

We operate with the Prism Safety Management System which permeates every part of our company. Availability and Booking

As much notice as possible is preferred to make sure you get the dates and times you’re requesting. We can, however, accommodate last minute flights if we don’t have a scheduling conflict.
We are always available—simply inform us of the time and location, and we’ll promptly be at your service.

Costs and Fees

Our pricing structure takes into account various factors, including the type of helicopter utilized, the duration of the flight, whether the helicopter will be on standby. There is also a possibility of purchasing multiple flight hours, which may lead to potential cost savings.
Federal Excise Tax (FET) is 7.5% and is required on larger aircraft. Other potential fees are landing fees, airport fees, call-out fees for fuel. We strive to avoid all fees whenever possible.

We offer both private charter and shared flights, it’s totally up to our clients.

Logistics and Planning

We will be as flexible as we can be with our scheduling limitations and FAA regulations.

Insurance and Liability

We carry a very large insurance policy for both passengers and cargo.

Inherent Risks: Helicopter flights inherently carry risks, including those related to weather conditions, mechanical issues, and pilot error.

Limited Space and Comfort: Helicopters have limited space and may not provide the same level of comfort as larger aircraft, which could lead to discomfort during the flight.

Regulatory Compliance: Passengers should be aware of and comply with safety instructions provided by the helicopter operator and regulatory agencies to minimize risks.

Liability for Personal Belongings: Passengers are typically responsible for securing their personal belongings during the flight, as there may be limited storage space and risk of items becoming dislodged.

Emergency Procedures: Passengers should familiarize themselves with emergency procedures, including how to use safety equipment such as seat belts and emergency exits.

Assumption of Risk: By boarding the helicopter, passengers may be considered to have assumed certain risks associated with the flight, which could affect their legal rights in the event of an accident or injury.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Should you need to cancel your trip 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure, you will be held responsible for 25% of the estimated cost of your flight. If you must cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled departure time, you will be held responsible for the 100% estimated cost of your flight. No fee will apply to cancellations due to weather.

All of our helicopters have ample cargo space for your luggage and personal belongings. Total amount of luggage depends on how many people are in your group and how much luggage you would like to bring.
